Answer. 4: potential for growth.
Humanistic psychology approach views human beings not only as the driving force for self-realization, but also as the highest instance for personal development and growth. Humans were mostly interested in discerning what kind of capacities humans possess for personal growth, free will to make own choices, and the quest for a perfectly fulfilling lifestyle. Among these were humanist psychologists like Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers. They asserted that your inner ability to develop, develop your personality and achieve what is best with yourself when properly educated and supported are never by you. Genetic factors, unconscious mind, childhood memories, and many other psychological approaches may not be as important in humanistic psychology. Instead, it focuses on individual’s subjective experiences, free choice, & motivation towards self-actualization. Self-esteem, aiding self-acceptance and exploring different aspects of being human as the key channels for human development and being well focused on were enforced.
