I can these things over the period my relationship with my colleagues improved. This is due to the fact that I can communicate with them well. My main focus was on setting goals and to achieve them but with the consent of everyone as a team. I tried motivating every person on the team as a leader and spent most of my time on the big picture. The transformational leadership style has the ability to inspire positive changes to everyone. I came to know about myself that I also focus to help each group member in succeeding, rather than focusing only on the process. Transformational leaders are usually passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic (Alghazo and Al-Anazi 2016). I can inspire and stimulate followers in both achieving excellent outcomes throughout the process and developing their capacity of leadership. 

However, there are some perceptions about myself which changed through this program. Before, I believed that I am not good at communicating. Thoughts of managing so many people and communicating as well as inspiring them used to haunt me (Choi, Kim and Kang 2017). I felt nervous while addressing people and communicating with them. But with the help of this program, my perception changed, and now. To my surprise, I discovered four various components of my leadership style. These are intellectual stimulation in which I do not just challenge the status quo, but encourage the creativity of the followers also. My leadership style can encourage followers in exploring innovative methods to do things and in learning new opportunities. Second is the individualized consideration in which I am capable of providing encouragement and support to every follower. I foster supportive relationships and for that I keep lines of communication open where followers can freely share their concepts and ideas. By this, I can provide direct recognition of an individual follower for their unique contributions. This component surprised me a lot, as I never knew that I can handle and manage every follower so beautifully. The third involved the inspirational motivation in which I have a clear vision that is capable of articulating the followers. I am capable of helping others in experiencing the same passion and motivating them to fulfill their goals. 

The program had some aspects that resonated with me. These aspects are writing a personal vision statement and studying the traits of great leaders. The first aspect helped in identifying my temperaments, strengths, and personality. This step is quite essential as it helped in personalizing my development plan and my true temperament rather than for a leader (Mohiuddin 2017). The second aspect included getting inspired by the qualities and traits of great leaders. I picked four great leaders and wrote about their leadership qualities compiling all the competencies, qualities, and abilities of each one of them. Hence, I have a better understanding of the way of changing, adapting, and developing in my leadership journey.
