 The patient and May's reaction might have taken place through some cultural aspects. This is where maybe the female and the male are not allowed in being in that similar room or looking at each other or mixing together. Once this patient sees May he keeps averting his eyes rapidly snuggling in turning round this bed. May, on the other hand, gets upset then keeps running out from that room where she becomes distressed. Based upon that scenario, this potential standing of these aboriginal people culturally might occur where the female and the male not getting an allowance. They are not allowed in looking or speaking at different gender of others. May's saying keeps explaining upon she is not able to talk to this patient or see this patient. This has important indication upon not looking at one another. It also involves not looking or speaking with strangers, not getting recommended.   

For approaching these 2, this best way involves May and that patient in approaching those people in private means. May is required in getting informed upon having lacked awareness. The other individual, however, was wiling in seeing the relative with not knowing upon this patient arriving from that similar state over there. There, according to their laws in culture, they do not have the allowance is looking or speaking at. After apology occurring in sorrowful means, this becomes important in informing those 2 parties. It involves where, whichever situation taking place, one requires in remaining confidential whenever possible. This would keep helping in assurance upon those 2 parties regarding the safety from this cultural law getting broken. This happens because of none able to have awareness in the things happening. Counselling, however, required in getting offered for the individuals for helping them in recovering with many possibilities from this scenario taking place.        

This workplace requires in getting education regarding this Aboriginal people culture, on having this knowledge regarding this culture involving these aboriginal population. This would keep helping them in the treatment of these clients from that place through understandings greatly. Thus, they would not keep going against the norms of culture among these individuals. Upon these cultural practices involving these Aboriginal people, this awareness would keep helping in effectively handling those patients. One other factor is upon the workplace or hospital requiring in ensuring upon the details getting captured regarding those clients entirely. This would occur during those admissions in the work/health place entirely in the documents of admission. This would keep helping upon knowing those clients from where this health officer keeps dealing upon. It also involves dealing with them having effective means depending upon the demands culturally also not getting against those people.  

Margaret and May might have involved directly or indirectly within this hospital for their delivery and planning of programs and services once she gets discharged. This is because of May speaking English fluently thus she getting trained more and is getting recruitment in this process of translation. This occurs as within this location, few of those clients cannot speak English thus is unable to understand May. But here, Margaret would aid upon the process of translation. Along with this, Margaret and May would keep helping in the clients in getting cared for from the state of Aboriginals. It also involves teaching those health workers from a few of those norms culturally involving these aboriginal people. Thus in this matter, they would be able to help in-service care delivery to those individuals and clients. They keep on arriving in this setup of health along with program maintenance of the motioning hospitals.
