Consider an organization in your field or industry. Describe the essential systems necessary to facilitate continuous change without compromising quality or causing burnout among employees. Describe three factors to consider when making sure that the changes made become permanently embedded in the organization's culture.
Organizational change
The following are the essentials that are necessary to facilitate continuous change without compromising quality or causing burnout among employees.
• Open and effective communication within the organization: in order to facilitate continuous change, the organization must ensure effective and open communication within the organization. It is necessary to resolve the queries of the key stakeholders and keep the change initiative on the right track (Hayes, 2018). The free flow of information within the organization helps in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the change process.
• Alignment: The organization must align the change process and information, reward, as well as training of the employees. The strategies of the organization should also be aligned with the objectives of the change in order to direct change efforts in the right direction and achieve the objectives.
• Clarity: The organization should also ensure that there is clarity about the change in the mind of the key stakeholders of the organization. There should be a clear objective so that everyone can easily understand what is needed to be accomplished.
Three factors should be considered while making sure that the change made becomes permanently embedded in the culture of the organization.
• The change should be started from the top management: The attitude of the top management towards change is one of the significant determinants of the change initiatives.
• Involvement of the employees: Employee involvement is necessary to achieve the objectives of the change and to ensure that change is embedded in the culture of the organization (Doppelt, 2017).
• Develop the emotional and rational case for change: the management of the organization should ensure that all members of the organization recognize the emotional aspects of the change management within the organization.
