Answer :

Servant Leadership

Servant leadership focuses on keeping employees first and serving them with dedication as well as determination. It focuses on meeting the needs as well as the requirement of the employees in order to keep them motivated to work effectively and efficiently (Spears and Lawrence, 2016). It is considered that servant leadership is connected to Christianity as well as biblical principles however it is not exclusively tied to it. There are some ways in which the principles of servant leadership can cross religious as well as cultural lines. The principle of servant leadership can cross religious as well as cultural lines if the profit or benefit of the employees is at stake. For example, if an organization is suffering losses and it is in need of organizational change badly. Organizational change is one of the most complex and difficult tasks and hence some of the employees are reluctant to the organizational change. But it is the duty of the leader to help the organization to make a profit and hence the leader implements the change within the organization even if the employees do not accept it readily. The employees may suffer during the period of transition but for the sake of organization the leader implements the change (John, 2020). The does not only implement the change but also help the employees to go through the transition period effectively and efficiently. The action of the leader of implementing the change is not only in favor of the organization but the employees as well because as the organization will grow the employee of the organization will also be benefited.
