Community as well as the sense to be connected with other people is the representation of an enduring interaction through the whole organizational literature. On the other hand, it is yet to research the communitas. Communitas can be referred to as a community that is not structured where the individuals contain a sense of intimacy and sharing which is developed in the people who are experiencing liminality within a group. Built on the work of anthropology of the persons like Edith Turner, Victor Turner, and Arnold Van Gennep, the experience of the communitas has been explored by the study among the road warriors of Information Technology, the people who are consulting professionals.
