Patients have the full right to know about themselves and the harm done to them by the physicians of the hospital. hence, communication along with apology is highly recommended.

I will also recommend changing the staff of the paradise hill medical center with more alarmed and responsible staff. This will help avoid any kind of error in the future. The healthcare staff should become more aware of the changes. The staff should be provided with enough training and education (Foronda, MacWilliams & McArthur, 2015). These kinds of errors can be helpful to the administrators for making informed staffing decisions. The nursing factors can be impactful in the likelihood of the patients who received an extra dosage of radiation therapy. A better and educated staff will be associated with the outcomes of healthy patients. a study that consists of focused interviews for determining perceptions of staff regarding education in which it has been observed that continuing education is quite essential for the provision of up-to-date and safe care of the patients (Schroyen et al., 2018). Staff must also be provided with advancement as well as increased self-confidence due to the reason of professional development.
