The selected vendor is Nissan which is a global supplier of products and they make use of effective supply chain process techniques to reach their target customers. Supply chain is a process of supplying the products to the desired customers and to improve the efficiency of the product life cycle within the healthcare organization. The effective supply chain process is found in the Nissan Companyand their principles and procedures are applied the same for the healthcare organization. The organization was able to boost up its industrial profit levels and a network of supply chain process is available within the industry due to the skillful labors working in the supply chain department (Nissan Motor Co., 2019).

 

Services or techniques which made appealing:

The services which made appealing are the rotational work staffing. This is a process in which the staff working in the supply chain departments of the organization is rotational in nature and their work processes are rotational.If some set of staff works in the week days and they will be rotated with other set of workers and employees within the company in order to carry out the supply chain process in an effective manner.This kind of rotational services reduces the work pressure of the suppliers and helps the employees to reach the target customers in an easy manner (Lockamy & McCormack, 2016).

 

Alignment with organization objectives:

The services and techniques are aligned with organization objectives which includes in the reaching of the customers within short period of time and to offer them the desired products. 

 

Feasibility of the plan:

One can say that the plan is entirely feasible because the selected vendor, Nissan was successful in its business and was able to enhance the business growth to the next levels. The plan will work out in delivering the hospital equipment to the selected healthcare organizations (Ben, 2017).

The plan is also cost effective since the supply chain process used in the Nissan Company is aimed in increasing the profit levels within the industry. 

 

Cost worth return on investment:

The cost is worth of the return on the investment since the plan is highly feasible and it helps in achieving the goals of the organization. 

 

Alternatives to resolve supply chain issues:

The alternatives to resolve the supply chain issues includes the change in the selection of the suppliers and the enhancement of the supply chain networks in enhancing the market length and to capture the numerous amount of customers (Pundoor & Herrmann, 2016).

In addition to this, awareness should be created among the existing suppliers for bringing a change and all the suppliers should be subjected to follow the guidelines properly so that the products will be delivered to the healthcare organizations on time. The major motto of the change in the supply process is to improve the productivity of the business and to attract more number of trusted customers towards the healthcare industry. In overall, one can say that the selected vendor and their supplying strategies can be applied in the healthcare organizations in order to improve the customer satisfaction levels.
